Pre-Roman

In the first episode of the show, we cover the vast period of time between the end of the last ice age, in around 10,000 years ago, and the Roman invasion in around 43AD.

We set the scene for the developments in our great country, how it's early formation laid the way for the place we know now.

 

We look at how the land was formed, where the people came from, and learn a little about who they were.

​

By the time we finish, the ball is well and truly rolling and the formation of Great Britain is well underway.
